FA Cup: Ikorodu City beat Coal City to set Round 16 tie with InterLagos

Ikorodu City defeated Coal City 2-1 in the round of 32 of the President Federation Cup at the  Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Thursday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Oga Boys won courtesy of goals from Onwe Kelechi and Tosin Oyedokun to progress to the round of 16 to meet fellow Lagos State club side, InterLagos FC.

Kelechi opened score as early as the third minute with a fine finish before Oyedokun beat the goalkeeper from the half way line on 18 minutes.

Chinedu pulled one back for the Enugu side on 22 minutes to set up a nail-biting second half for the Ikorodu Boys.

The Lagos club side remained focus and held on to the lead till the end despite the onslaughts from Coal City.
