EXCLUSIVE: Sellas Tetteh to be sacked as Ghana's Under-20 coach after World Cup exit
Sellas Tetteh will be sacked as Ghana's Under-20 team head coach

Ghana Under-20 coach Sellas Tetteh is set to be axed after his side crashed out of the 2015 World Youth Championship in New Zealand, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 58-year-old failed to achieve his aim of a semi-final target after their humiliating 3-0 defeat to African neighbours Mali in the 1/16th stage on Wednesday.

GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal that the Ghana FA has decided against renewing his mandate and will be asked to step aside for a new man to take over.

Officials of the Black Satellites management committee are believed to be unhappy with his work ethics and have recommended for his replacement.

The Ghanaians lost the battle against a physical Malian side as they lost 3-0 in Wellington to end their campaign in the competition.

Tetteh will be relieved of duties in a massive shake-up expected to hit the technical team.
