GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal that Ghana defender Daniel Opare will arrive in Istanbul on Wednesday to undergo medical ahead of his move to Turkish top-flight side Besiktas.
The right-back, who can also play on the left, will sign a six month deal which will see him move from Portuguese side FC Porto.
But the Black Eagles have an option to buy at the end of the season.
The financial details of the deal between Besiktas and Porto are yet to be disclosed.
Opare joined FC Porto from Belgian side Standard Liege in the summer but he is down the pecking order.
He has made just two appearances for Porto’s reserve side this season.
