Everton has now emerged a summer destination for Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari just days after a reported interest from Hull City.

The 30-year-old is certain to leave AC Milan at the end of the current6 campaign despite having a year left to run on his contract.

Muntari has fallen out with his club’s the top hierarchy and announced last month he was no longer going to play for the side even though he will continue to receive his salary.

Hull City were last week reported to be interested in the Ghanaian – with links to his former manager Steve Bruce.

Everton according to a report in Italy’s Gazzetta have made contact with Muntari’s agent over a summer move.

The Champions League winner with Inter Milan has previously played in the Premier league for Portsmouth and Sunderland.

He is thus considered very suited for the English game where he was successful in the FA Cup with Portsmouth in 2008.
