Nigeria forward Oghenekaro Etebo has told AfricanFootball.com he hopes to stay put at CD Feireinse despite receiving several offers to quit the Portuguese club.

The 20-year-old joined the Portuguese club in January and helped them finish third in the Liga Pro, which earned them promotion to the Primeira Liga, and while he admits there have been offers, he says he would like to stay at the club for the time being.

“There have been offers, but I am staying at Feireinse for now,” he told AfricanFootball.com

“I hope I get a bigger offer and if it comes, good. But I will remain with the club (Feirense) next season.”

The former Warri Wolves star is presently with the Nigeria U23 team ahead of the Rio Olympic Games.
