The match between Ahudiya Nnem and Enyimba FC ended goalless after full-time before it moved to penalties. The Ahudiya defeated People's Elephant and lost 3-1 to be crowned champions of the Abia State President Federation Cup.
In Lagos, there was nothing to choose between NPFL side, Ikorodu City, and Nigeria National League NNL side, Inter Lagos as it ended goalless at full time.
The encounter moved to penalties where Inter Lagos won 4-5 to emerge champions of the Lagos State President Federation Cup.
