Ahead of Today’s CAF Champions League group stage draw, Chairman of 2-time champions Enyimba FC, Felix Anyansi Agu have stated that he is not bothered and is losing no sleep over what the outcome of the draw will be.
The People’s Elephants are Nigeria’s only surviving club on the continent this season and have not played in the Group Stage of the CAF Elite competition since 2011.
They could also be paired with some past winners and successful teams in the competition , However, Anyansi who has overseen some of the most successful times at the club insists he has no preference for the opponents the club gets drawn against.
The other seven teams waiting to know their opponents are Al Ahly ( Egypt), Wydad Casablanca ( Morocco), ES Setif (Algeria), AS Vita Club (Democratic Republic of Congo), Zesco United (Zambia) and Zamalek (Egypt), have all booked their places in the lucrative group stages of the competition.
