Roma have reached an agreement to extend Emanuele Lulli’s contract until 2031, according to forzaroma.info, citing Il Messaggero.
The young winger’s salary will increase over the coming seasons as part of the new agreement. Lulli scored his first Serie A goal for the club in Saturday’s match against Genoa.
Lulli has become an important player in Roma’s squad under manager Gasperini. His progress has come after he was close to leaving the club during the summer, when a move to Avellino appeared possible.
That transfer was stopped after Gasperini intervened, with the manager deciding that Lulli should remain in Rome.
The player has already represented Italy at Under-21 level and is also being monitored by Roberto Mancini.
