Chuba Apom continued his scoring spree for Middlesbrough on Monday night as they continue their push for Premier League return with a 3-1 away victory at Birmingham, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Akpom got Birmingham's third goal on 85 minutes after receiving a pass, rounded the keeper before rolling into the bottom corner.
He is now the top scorer of the EFL Championship with 13 goals with 5 of them coming in his last five games.
The win is a good one for Middlesbrough who are now fifth on the log with 39 points in the league standings.
