Super Falcons midfielder, Jennifer Echegini finally opened her Première Ligue account with a sensational performance in Paris Saint-Germain's 6-1 thrashing of Dijon on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Echegini, who joined PSG from Juventus, had struggled to find the back of the net for her new club, with her only goal coming in a friendly win over Manchester City in September.

However, the Nigerian attacker rediscovered her form at the Training Center Paris Saint Germain Terrain 5, scoring two goals and providing an assist to help PSG secure a convincing victory.

Echegini got PSG off to a flying start, scoring her first goal in the 10th minute, before doubling her tally in the 36th minute to make it 3-0 for the home team. Marie-Antoinette Katoto had earlier doubled PSG's advantage.

Just before the halftime break, Echegini turned provider, assisting Manssita Traoré for PSG's fourth strike, capping off an impressive half for the Nigerian attacker.

The 22-year-old's performance will be a welcome boost for PSG, who are looking to dominate the Première Ligue this season.
