Super Eagles strikers lived up to the billing after scoring for their respective clubs over the weekend.

 

Notable amongst them was lanky striker, Paul Onuachu of KRC Genk in Belgium who scored for the third game in a row.

He scored Genk's only goal against Oud-Herverlee Leuven despite going ten man down.

 

He was substituted in the 75th minute of the game.

 

Ademola Lookman also scored for the third game in a row, as Atalanta pickec up a hard-earned home win.

 

He scored the match winner for Atalanta vs Sassuolo on Saturday which they won 2-1.

A pass from Soppy for Lookman who beat a defender and curls the bal with his left foot at the right top corner of the post to score.

 

In England, Alex Iwobi featured as Everton fall to an away league defeat against Tottenham. They lost 0-2.

 

Kelechi Iheanacho was brought in late into the game against Crystal Palace, but he couldn't do much as his side Leicester City played a goalless draw.

 

Ayo Obileye put in a good defensive shift to help Livingston snatch a narrow home league win.

Chinonso Offor scored his first goal for SV Zulte Waregem as they cruise to a 1-3 away league win.

 

After three appearances as a substitute, Offor scored his first goal with in his first start against Kv Kortrijk.
