Bayern Munich chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen has welcomed Harry Kane’s new contract, saying the club is keeping “the world’s best player”.
The German club announced on 5 November that the 33-year-old England forward had extended his agreement until 2029.
Kane has scored 10 goals and provided eight assists in 14 appearances in all competitions this season. The Ballon d’Or winner has continued to play a key role as Bayern Munich lead the German Championship after eight rounds, with 18 points.
Kane said: “I am proud to be part of Bayern Munich.”
