Dominic Solanke determined to stay at Tottenham despite January striker plans

Dominic Solanke is determined to remain at Tottenham and compete for a starting place, despite the club’s plans to sign another forward in January, according to Football Insider.

The 29-year-old does not view the potential arrival as a replacement for him. Instead, Tottenham’s recruitment plans are understood to be aimed at increasing competition for places within the squad.

Solanke joined Tottenham from Bournemouth in 2024 for 65 million euros. The England forward has scored two goals in eight appearances across all competitions this season.

His current contract with Tottenham runs until 2030.
