Dion Dublin Urges Talented Jack Grealish to Work Hard in Order to Fulfil Huge Potential

Former Aston Villa striker Dion Dublin has urged Jack Grealish to fulfil his potential and become one of England's top players.

Dublin believes the young forward has all the tools to become an England star as long as he maintains the right hard working attitude.

"?"Jack has got so much talent, he will come good again," the 47-year-old told the "?Birmingham Mail.

"He will do well for Villa and he will get in the England squad, but he just needs to get his head right. If he does, I like him as a player. I think it's just down to himself. First his attitude and his work ethic.

"From the outside looking in, if Jack Grealish gets his head down and the right attitude, it's up to him how far he can go in his career, it's up to him because he's got that much talent.

"If he wants to reach his full potential it will be playing for England, if he doesn't, he'll get nowhere near it."?

Dublin outlined what the 20-year-old needs to do in order to flourish and become England's most promising star in the upcoming years.

After a successful tournament with England's Under-21 squad, Dublin hopes that Grealish can go and develop into a top player.

"It's the work that people don't see that gets rewarded. The gym work, the extra time on free-kicks and headers and hold-up play. And that's where it comes to wanting to do better.

"At the moment, he's had his bad spell where it didn't go too well for him last season but the talent is there to make a difference,"? Dublin added.
