Ji?í Bílek, Slavia Prague sporting director has highlighted the qualities of new signing David Moses, admitting that he's an an exciting acquisition that will further propel the team to incredible heights, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The twenty-year-old Nigerian midfielder David Moses made a significant move to Slavia Prague from MFK Karviná, signing a long-term contract with the Czech club, extending until December 31, 2029.
"David is an extremely interesting player, experienced in the Czech league, a number of clubs, not only from the Czech Republic, were interested in him. We believe that it will fit perfectly into our game style. This is a great promise for the future. I thank the CZECH SPORT CONSULTING agency for fair dealings," says sports director Ji?í Bílek .
Moses' journey to Slavia began in March 2022 when he joined the Karviná academy. His rapid progress saw him make his competitive debut for the first team in November 2022, facing off against Slavia Prague itself in the domestic cup.
In the 2023/2024 season, the 171-centimeter-tall central midfielder established himself as a key player for Karviná. He made 25 appearances in the league, contributing to the team's successful campaign.
As Moses embarks on this new chapter with Slavia Prague, fans and experts alike are eager to see how he will further develop his skills and impact the team's performance.
