Kotoko coach David Duncan has urged Avram Grant to maintain his man-management skills to end the Black Stars trophy drought.

The Israeli trainer has been hailed for leading the West African to a silver medal feat at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations held in Equatorial Guinea.

The former Chelsea trainer has brought some spark in the team after their shameful conduct at the FIFA World Cup last year which saw them crush out at the group phase.

Duncan, recently appointed as Asante Kotoko coach, has urged the coach to take his rich man-management skills a notch higher to end the country’s long wait for an African crown.

“He doesn’t have to lower that standard. The special kind of man- management skills that Avram Grant employed that he put in place to ensure that they were able to perform to that level is maintained,” he said

“Then we should be expecting that they live up to their potentials.”

The Black Stars are billed to play two international friendlies against Senegal and Mali this month in France.
