Goalkeeper, Nmecha Johnson had to make a couple of saves to keep the host in the game in the first half.
Johnson had to make a double save at the start of the second half to leave the score goalless even as Warriors missed a one-on-one situation by Godwin Udo before the hour mark.
The Warriors built momentum as the game progressed to score and the goal came after 77 minutes of the game.
A corner kick by Abia Warriors was headed out by the Kano Pillars but Ijeh with fine technique hit the ball from outside the box to score for the visitors.
The Warriors remained resolute to take maximum points at the end of the game.
