Dani Ceballos says people told him he had “gone mad” after deciding to leave Real Madrid for Real Betis last summer.
The 30-year-old midfielder has spoken about his departure from the Madrid club after returning to Betis, where he has a contract until the middle of 2029.
Ceballos has made three La Liga appearances for Betis this season but has not registered a goal or assist.
