Hull City have today confirmed the arrival of Semi Ajayi on a two-year deal, arriving on a free transfer from fellow Championship outfit West Brom following the expiration of his contract, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.
After six years at West Bromwich Albion, where he made 177 appearances and scored 13 goals, the experienced 31-year-old centre-back is set for a new chapter in his career.
Having left The Hawthorns at the end of last season, he brings with him a wealth of Championship experience, having featured in 200 matches in the division. Known for his versatility, the defender is also capable of playing as a holding midfielder.
He will officially link up with Hull City on 1 July, bolstering the Tigers' defensive options ahead of the new campaign.
