Comoros and Namibia will meet in a competitive fixture for the first time when they face each other in the CAN 2027 qualifiers on Tuesday.
The Cœlacanthes and the Brave Warriors have played three times previously, but each encounter was a friendly. Their most recent meeting came in March 2026 and ended in a goalless draw.
That match remains the only occasion on which neither side has claimed victory. Comoros won the first two fixtures between the teams, beginning with a narrow 1-0 success before recording a convincing 4-0 victory.
Namibia will therefore be seeking their first win against Comoros as the rivalry moves into competitive football for the first time.
The Brave Warriors will hope that the change in stakes can bring a different outcome, while Comoros will look to maintain their unbeaten record against Namibia.
