Colombe Sportive secured a 2-0 away victory against Teungueth FC Rufisque in the first leg of their second preliminary-round tie in the CAF Champions League on Sunday, 18 October 2026.

The Cameroon side produced a disciplined tactical display at the Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor in Dakar and made the stronger start count when Jean-Hugues Eyango Priso opened the scoring in the 13th minute.

The forward capitalised on a flowing team move involving the Teungueth FC Rufisque players to break the deadlock and give Colombe Sportive an important lead on their opponents’ ground.

Known as the Vert et Violet, Colombe Sportive defended their advantage effectively for the remainder of the first half. Their organisation at the back prevented the Senegalese side from finding a way through before the interval.

Colombe Sportive then struck again shortly after the restart. Adam Musah doubled their lead in the 47th minute, catching the Senegalese team cold and leaving the Dakar crowd with little encouragement for a comeback.

With Teungueth FC Rufisque now two goals behind on home territory, the hosts responded by increasing their attacking pressure. However, the Cameroon defence remained composed and dealt with each attempt to reduce the deficit.

Colombe Sportive managed the scoreline successfully to complete a 2-0 victory in Senegal. The result gives the Cameroonian representatives a strong advantage ahead of the decisive second leg in Yaounde.
