Christian Nwoke, Sporting Lagos goalkeeper has completed a move to Danish outfit Aarhus Fremad as gathered by Nigeriasoccernet.com.
The club confirmed this on their official X handle with a post that read; "Sporting Lagos and Aarhus Fremad are pleased to announce that goalkeeper Christian Nwoke will be making a move to Aarhus Fremad. This move is a significant milestone in our partnership and a glimpse of what’s to come, as we stay committed to being a pathway for nurturing talent".
"And we couldn’t be prouder that Christian, with his standout performances — from season-defining penalty saves to game-changing moments — is leading the way".
Having recently signed a two years contract extension with the club, the lanky shot-stopper move to Denmark still remains bereft of details of the length of years albeit a loan or permanent switch.
Nwoke isn't the only key player that Sporting Lagos has had to say goodbye to this season following their relegation from the Nigeria topflight league, top first team players have departed the team as participating 204/25 teams strengthen squad for the ongoing competitive campaign.
