Super Falcons forward, Chiwendu Ihezuo was on the score sheet for her Mexican club, Monterrey in their two zero win over FC Juare on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Ihezuo who had scored her first goal in her side's 3-0 win over Necaxa last week, opened score for the visitors in the 13th minute.
Rebeca Bernal doubled the lead for the Las Rayadas sixteen minutes later, a lead that remained till the end of ninety minute.
Ihezuo who played the entire duration of the game was announced the player of the match at the Estadio Olimpico Benito Juarez.
The win keeps Monterrey top of the Mexican Liga BBVA Femenil with 19 points with a game to spare.
