Abia warriors striker Chisom Chikatara has lamented his club’s unbeaten record that came to an end yesterday following the 1-0 loss to Warri wolves at the Warri City stadium.

The loss meant the Umuahia based side were beaten for the first time in 11 games and Chikatara told footballlive.ng in a chat that the team knew they we’d be beaten in the course of the season but are hurt to have lost the game by what he described as dubious officiating from the center referee.

Kennedy Boboye had engineered a club record of 10 consecutive games without and remained on course until the defeat Yesterday to a struggling Wolves.

The defeat nonetheless has done very little to affect the club’s form as they remain second on the table.
