Leaving Fortuna Sittard and Eredivisie realms after only one season, 30-year old German striker Sebastian Polter, is about to undergo medical tests for Bundesliga rookie side Bochum.

Last playing for Union Berlin, before leaving his home country, Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen alumni capped 34 times overall and scored ten goals throughout his debut season into Dutch football. Across his career, Polter used to play also for Nürnberg, Mainz 05, and Queens Park Rangers.

Back into Bundesliga realms, after barely a year off, the 1991-born hitman capped 225 times in official games overall, scoring 97 goals therein. Bochum are likely to announce having signed Polter before tomorrow late afternoon.
