Turning 28 on August 15, German centre-back Dominique Heintz, playing for SC Freiburg since 2018/19, is growing into a major target for both Celtic Glasgow and FC Köln, according to latest rumours, highlighted by Transfermarkt.de.
Playing for Die Geißböcke from 2015/16 to 2017/18 already, Kaiserslautern alumni is currently on a deal with Die Breisgau only until June 2022, and might be transferred on an about 5 million euros trade fee.
Throughout his three year-long tenure for Freiburg, Heintz capped 62 times overall, scoring a goal therein. Also viable as a left-back, the 1993-born used to play for German youth national teams, from Under-18 to Under-21 level, up until 2015.
