Bild report that 24-year-old Atalanta forward Sam Lammers is currently in Germany to undergo a medical ahead of joining Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.
It’s unclear as to whether Lammers to Eintracht Frankfurt is a loan deal or if the Dutchman is joining them on a permanent basis.
The Bundesliga side had also shown an interest in signing Benfica striker Carlos Vinicius but were unable to reach an agreement with the Portuguese side, prompting them to focus their efforts on Lammers.
