Borussia Dortmund came from behind twice to win 4-3 against Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday, moving into second place in the Bundesliga on goal difference. Erling Braut Haaland scored both goals.

With his brace in Leverkusen, the Norwegian striker has now scored eight goals in his past five games for club and country, including a hat-trick against Gibraltar in a World Cup qualifier last Tuesday.

In the previous ten days, the 21-year-old has scored five goals in three qualifiers, including a 3-2 triumph for Dortmund over Hoffenheim a fortnight ago.

Haaland takes second place (5 goals) as Lewandowski's goals (6 goals) pivoted him to first place with most goals this season. In third place is that of FC Union Berlin's striker Taiwo Awoniyi with 3 goals.
