It was a downward slope for the Super Eagles of Nigeria as FIFA released September rankings for male national team in the early hours of Thursday, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com
The Eagles drop a place below their August ranking when they finished 31st.
Recall that Nigeria played Algeria in a friendly match during the month of September which they lost 2-1.
They maintain their 4th place in African rankings.
