Boniface opened score as Granite Xhaka's goal and Wirtz Florian's hattrick saw the Werkself to a glorious 5-0 victory over Werder Bremen at the Bay Arena.
The Nigerian forward started the onslaught after 25 minutes from the spot before Xhaka doubled the lead after an hour of the game.
7 minutes later Patrick Schick and Jerome Frimpong replaced Boniface and Tella and it took substitute Florian a minute to make it 3.
The German winger scored his second on 83 minute before completing his hattrick 7 minutes later as Bayer Leverkusen win a first-ever Bundesliga title and end Bayern Munich's 11-season reign.
