Nigeria forward,  Victor Boniface has signed a one-year contract extension with Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen, tying him to the club until 2029, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The 24-year-old's new deal is reportedly a lucrative one, making him one of the top earners at Leverkusen.

However, despite committing his future to the club, Boniface is not considered unsellable by Leverkusen.

The Bundesliga champions are reportedly willing to listen to offers for the forward but will demand a minimum fee of €50m.

Boniface has attracted interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia, but for now, he will remain at Leverkusen, where he has enjoyed significant success since joining Union Saint-Gillloise in 2023.

Last season, he helped the club win the Bundesliga title and DFB Pokal.
