Ghanaian youngster Bernard Mensah who is being linked with a move to English giants Manchester United scored for Vitoria Guimaraes as they shared the spoils with Nacional in a 2-2 draw on Monday night.

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder handed the lead to his side late in the first-half (37th minute) but they could not hold on to the lead as the hosts pecked the scoring after the break.

Mensah responded brilliantly to a fine cross from the right, slashing home the ball to stun the home fans.

Guimaraes hopes were dashed when Marco Matias levelled for Nacional in the 77th minute to send the game to a draw end.

Mensah, a former player of Fetteh Feyenoord (now WAFA) has been linked with a move to many of Europe's stellar clubs with the recent ones being Manchester United and Valencia.

Monday night's goal was his fifth of the season from midfield.
