Newly appointed Berekum Chelsea boss Solomon Odwo, says he is experienced enough not to rule out giants Hearts of Oak and Kotoko in the title race after seven games.
Both clubs have struggled to impose themselves in the on-going First Capital Plus premier league with just 8 points from a possible 21.
Eye red fans of both clubs have called for the heads of their technical handlers with pressure gradually mounting on both Herbert Addo and Mas-Ud Dramani.
Hearts brought in Herbert Addo, Stephen Abugri, Sabahn Quaye and Edward Ansah to gripe up their technical department whiles Kotoko stretched their financial muscles to land Ivorian hit man Ahmed Toure and Jackson Owusu but all have fallen flat.
“Hearts and Kotoko are traditional clubs and they certainly have what it takes to bounce back,” Odwo told Ghanasoccernet.com
“It will be a mistake to rule them out of the title race already.
“As opponents it’s good we take them serious as title contenders and not underrate them”
Berekum Chelsea have moved to third on the league table after an emphatic 4-2 victory over Bechem United.
