Tolu Arokodare was a major contributor to KRC Genk’s hard-earned point against St. Truiden in a thrilling Limburg derby, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Tolu Arokodare scored his 10th goal of the season in KRC Genk’s 2-2 away draw at the Daio Wasabi Stayen Stadium on Sunday

Arokodare’s first-half goal in the 26th minute helped Genk take the lead going into the break.

However, St. Truiden equalized through Andriano Bertaccini in the 66th minute and got ahead in the 77th minute before a dramatic 93rd-minute own goal by Truiden's goalkeeper Leo Kokubo.

The Nigerian striker has scored in back-to-back games, with four goals in his last six matches. This marks his first double-digit league tally since the 2019/20 season in Latvia.

Arokodare now shares the league’s top scorer spot with Kasper Dolberg and Andriano Bertaccini.
