Bayern Munich have made Barcelona and France defender Jules Kounde their main transfer target, according to transfer insider Ekrem Konur.
The German club are looking to sign a new full-back, with Kounde emerging as their preferred option. The 27-year-old has lost his regular place in Barcelona’s starting XI.
Bayern believe Kounde would be well suited to the playing style of manager Vincent Kompany.
Barcelona value the defender at 55m euros. Kounde’s contract with the Catalan club runs until the end of June 2030.
The defender has also reportedly rejected Liverpool.
