Anthony Gordon says he has benefited from having Pedri alongside him since joining Barcelona, explaining: “I used to make a lot of runs, but now I have Pedri.”
The England winger was discussing the influence of his team-mate, the Barcelona midfielder, after making a strong start to his first season with the Catalan club.
Gordon, 25, has played six matches in the Spanish championship this season and has provided four assists.
He joined Barcelona from Newcastle last summer, with the winger costing the club 80 million euros.
Gordon signed a long-term contract with the Catalan giants that runs until the end of June 2031.
