Barcelona midfielders Pedri and Rodri Hernandez could start the club’s next La Liga match on the substitutes’ bench against Getafe, according to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo.
Both players may be given a break after their international commitments and with the Champions League approaching. Barcelona manager Hansi Flick is considering Gavi and Marc Bernal for places in the starting line-up.
Lamine Yamal is expected to start, although he is also a candidate for a rest. Raphinha’s availability remains uncertain, while Dani Olmo is the likely choice to play as the playmaker instead of Fermin Lopez.
Barcelona host Getafe in the eighth round of La Liga on 10 October. Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30 Moscow time.
