Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan met with his new coach and teammates at Shanghai SIPG on Tuesday morning.
The 29-year-old was linking up with the side for the first time since completing his mega-move to the Chinese club from Al Ain late last week.
Gyan met with coach Sven-Goran Eriksson at his office at the Shanghai SIPG head office before he was introduced to his new teammates who were at the time undergoing some yoga exercises.
The Black Stars captain was immediately handed his training kits to begin working with the side.
Gyan has been training on his own with a physical instructor since joining the title-chasing Chinese club last week.
He will be unveiled at a press conference on Wednesday evening.
