Ex-Super Eagles B striker, Anthony Okpotu has returned to the North Africa where he has been captured by Egyptian side, Al Masry.
Al-Masry announced the signing of the Nigeria international from Qatar SC on a two-year contract.
“The Egyptian club of directors, headed by professor, Kamel Abu Ali, have completed the signing of Nigerian striker, Anthony Okpotu on a two-season contract till the end of 2023/2024 season.” Al Masry announced on Monday.
The 28-year-old has forward previously played for Lobi Stars, Al-Ittihad Tripoli and US Monastir.
Okpotu emerged as top goal scorer in the Nigeria Professional Football League 2018/2019 season with nineteen goals.
He became the first player in history to score hattrick thrice in one season in 2017 at Lobi Stars.
