Former Barcelona player Andres Iniesta has revealed the two teams he enjoys watching, saying: “They are very close to me.”
Iniesta came through Barcelona’s academy and spent most of his career with the Catalan club, playing there from 2002 to 2018. During that time, he helped Barcelona win a significant number of honours, including nine league titles and four UEFA Champions League trophies.
Barcelona currently lead the Spanish league table this season, having collected 21 points from their opening seven matches.
The Spain national team, meanwhile, are the reigning European and world champions.
