Ghana star Andre Ayew has revealed Champions League football will not determine his next destination.
The 25-year-old is on the verge of ending a 10-year association with French giants Marseille when the current season comes to an end.
He has insisted he will not renew his contract with the Lique 1 outfit, prompting several clubs to enquire about his availability.
Andre’s boyhood club Liverpool as well as Tottenham, Newcastle and Everton are among a quartet of English clubs keen to snap his signature.
And while he admits it would be difficult to walk away from the club he joined as a trainee a decade ago, Ayew says starring in the top tier of English football is a possibility.
"I've had offers to leave Marseille when we didn't have Champions League. I think I will take my time, have a good discussion, and try to end our discussions with the president here very well and from there we'll take a decision whether to continue or to go somewhere else," he said.
