Ghanaian champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies will return to full training on Tuesday, October 6, as preparations intensify for their crucial WAFU B CAF Women’s Champions League qualifying clash against Nigeria’s Edo Queens, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Ghanaian side have been on a short break following their participation in the CAF WAFU B qualifying tournament in Burkina Faso.

According to the club, the players returned to base on September 25, with the technical team now set to begin full training as they step up preparations for the decisive encounter.

Ampem Darkoa will use the coming sessions to regain match fitness and sharpen their tactical approach ahead of the meeting with Edo Queens, with a place in the next stage of the CAF Women’s Champions League qualification at stake.

The coaching staff are also expected to assess the physical condition of the squad and work on key tactical areas as the team prepares for what could be a closely contested battle against the Nigerian champions.
