Former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has discussed Chelsea’s prospects and the club’s approach in the transfer market.
Chelsea appointed Xabi Alonso as head coach last summer, with the club undergoing significant changes during the most recent transfer window.
The London club sold players for €450m and spent approximately €400m on new signings.
However, Chelsea have made an uneven start to the Premier League season. After five matches, they sit seventh in the table with seven points.
Aguero said the current situation would make it difficult for Chelsea to challenge for the title.
