The agent of Cagliari midfielder Godfred Donsah admits he's yet to receive formal contact from interested clubs.
Oliver Arthur has revealed Manchester City and Arsenal have watched the talented Ghanaian.
But he told TMW yesterday: "There are only rumours, but I would not be at all surprised by their interest. His assessment is about €10 million.
"I think he's absolutely ready to play for a great team. He has a special talent, despite his young age.
"Serie A or the Premier League in the future of the boy? The player now wants to grow in Italy and maybe in the future, move to a big club in the Premier League.
"Arsenal and City on the guy? I've heard of the interest of Roma and Juventus, but not in an official manner. At the moment, however, I have not talked to any executive."
