Zambia are sweating on the fitness of their Under-20 captain Lubambo Musonda ahead of their crucial second group game against Ghana on Thursday.
The youngster failed to train on Tuesday after picking a knock during their 1-0 defeat to Mali on Monday in the ongoing African Youth Championship in Senegal.
The FC Ulisses speedster is expected to be assessed on Wednesday to determine whether he will lead the side against the Ghanaians after failing to take part in Tuesday’s training session.
Zambia are desperate to beat the West African powerhouse after losing their opening game to Mali.
