The Confederation of African Football have named Samir Guezzaz as the centre referee for Monday’s 2023 African Nations Cup qualifying game between Guinea Bissau and Nigeria, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The football ruling body in African named a team of Moroccan referees to be at the helm of proceedings for the return leg in Guinea Bissau.

Guezzaz has Zakaria Brinsi as his first assistant, Hamza Naciri as the second assistant and Noureddine El Jaafari will work with him as the fourth official.

Waldabet Koissoual from Chad will function as the referee assessor while Massa Diarra of Mauritania will work as the match commissioner.

The match is scheduled for Monday, the 27th of March at the September 24 Stadium.
