AFCON: Kelechi Iheanacho, Paul Onuachu arrive Cote D'Ivoire

Super Eagles duo,Kelechi Iheanacho and Paul Onuachu have arrived Cote D'Ivoire for the 34th African Cup of Nations ahead of the start of the Super Eagles campaign on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Kelechi Iheanacho and Paul Onuachu both joined the Super Eagles camp in Abidjan on Saturday morning.

The Leicester City striker picked up slight injury during club action which put his AFCON participation in doubt.

Trabzonspor striker, Onuachu, was brought in as a replacement for injured Sadiq Umar who had to leave the camp for Spain a couple of days ago.

The Nigerian team has been ravaged by injury prior to the African Football showpiece after Wilfred Ndidi replaced by Alhassan Yusuf, Victor Boniface replaced by Terem Moffi and Sadiq Umar replaced by Paul Onuachu.

Meanwhile, Terem Moffi will join the team tomorrow.

Nigeria who will be seeking for the fourth title and will kick start its campaign against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday, 14 January.
