AFCON 2015: Striker Kwesi Appiah hoping to make debut against Algeria
Kwesi Appiah

Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah hopes to make his competitive debut on Friday in their crucial Group C match against Algeria.

The London-born 24-year-old was an unused substitute in Ghana's opening game against Senegal on Monday.

With the return of Asamoah Gyan, it does not look he would be considered by Avram Grant but the Crystal Palace man is remaining hopeful.

"I hope to play a part in all the (remaining) games. I just have to keep working hard in training and hope I'll be selected."

Dear Mr Grant, Ghana is capable of beating any team on earth in their day. But if this is going to happen tomorrow, you must choose the right players employ the right tactics. Please if you want to achieve results tomorrow, play Frank Acheampong and Salomon Asante on left and right wing respectively. Tell Jonathan Mensah to supervise the defense and encourage them to communicate. Play Jordan Ayew in the second half, he is a handful when he comes in when the opponent is already. Allow Dede to be the playmaker in midfield. Please, play Kwesi Appiah and Asamoah Gyan in attack. I believe he is our new Junior Agogo. Encourage Baba Rahman to use his skills to surge forward.Develop a strategy that will stop Algeria from playing their game. Please choose the right personnel for set piece. It might be our only source of goal.
