AFCON 2015: Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda credits unity for AFCON progress

Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda, has attributed the Black Stars study progress in the ongoing cup of nations to the unity in camp.

The former Orlando Pirates and Chippa united gloves man is yet to palate game time under his belt in the ongoing cup of nations where Ghana are in the semis.

But appears unperturbed deciding to put team glory ahead of personal success.

Dauda says the unity amongst players has been key to their success in Equatorial Guinea.

“Great atmosphere of unity and calm here in camp ahead of the Equatorial Guinea game,” Dauda told Ghanasoccernet.com

“Guinea is past and Equatorial Guinea is our concern. We know how close we are but it is important we remain focus because this is football.”

“We will have to be watchful and continue to support each other like we have done throughout the tournament.”

Ghana will take on host Equatorial Guinea on Thursday with the winner assured a place in the finals of the 30 edition of the Africa cup of nations this Sunday.
