African Players Need Football Education To Succeed - Amuneke

Flying Eagles Coach, Emmanuel Amuneke has stressed the importance to educate the young African football to help him grow into a real talent.

The Coach, who is currently in Calabar preparing the team for this weekend’s 2nd leg Afcon qualifier against Burundi, insists the misconception of mere skills as the requisite factor to succeed as a footballer.

Amuneke led Nigeria to an unprecedented 5th FIFA U-17 World Cup trophy in Chile last year and is keen to break the Country’s U-20 jinx on the world stage as well as help the players excel beyond playing for the junior teams as is the case with top football nations and their players.
